about the logic in what we are about to say!
There is a big difference between a hand up and a hand out!
As leaders we sometimes walk a fine line between the two. We have to be sure that who we are and what we do is working towards Empowering people rather then dis-empowering them.
Is solving other peoples problems for them supporting them in thinking for themselves????
We urgently need to change our thinking and make sure we are giving people a hand up so that they can excel as human beings ...acts of kindness and words of encouragement cost you nothing but it is a great investment in the lives of others.
People who are empowered don't stand in the hand out line, they stand to the side and encourage others to get out.
We invite you to take this a STARS Challenge if you dare to accept it?
1. For the next week find as many ways as you can to give others a
hand up NOT a hand out!
2. Post us and let us know how you are going, what results you
are getting, what challenges you are facing and how your are
growing from the experience.
MOST IMPORTANT - HAVE FUN !
